Web Publishing Wizard for CompuServe:
CompuServe classic members can only post their pages with the Web Publishing Wizard. If you have problems connecting to the server, then check your Internet options. Typically, users on a company network that go through a Firewall or a Proxy server may not be able to publish. Contact your Network Administrator to check which restrictions have been set. The MAC version of the Web Publishing Wizard does not support sub folders! Ftp will not work and is only supported for CompuServe 2000 accounts.

CompuServe and Proxy or Firewall:

The Internet options in Windows (available through the Control Panel or in the Internet Explorer) will affect your Web Publishing Wizard behaviour. Typically, users on a company network that go through a Firewall or a Proxy server may not be able to publish. Contact your Network Administrator to check which restrictions have been set.
